60 Seconds Pty Ltd operates the mobile application 60 Seconds Perform Better (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

Script and video assets, securely stored by 60 Seconds and AWS on the platform, belong as IP to the associated client. All copies of IP will be provided back to the client should the client, at any time, choose to discontinue the service. Any residual copies will be destroyed after 30 days.

Log Data

Like many App operators, we collect information that your mobile device sends whenever you open our App (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device type, device os version, the screens of our App that you use, the time and date of your usage, the time spent using the App and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this activity.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that explores upgrades or changes to system functionality. Key points of user activity on the 60 Seconds platform trigger automated email and push notifications for users. Notifications can be switched on or off by users.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
