Based in Sydney Australia, Chris is a Senior Sales & Commercial Excellence Leader who has worked primarily within the Pharma/Healthcare & FMCG industries in leading multinational organisations for over 18 years. As a keen practitioner of Sales Force Effectiveness, he has been instrumental in leading the design and delivery of several transformational Sales Excellence initiatives and programs throughout the ANZ & Asia Pacific region, including coaching, customer account management and sales force capability development. His deep passion for coaching and training across all levels of an organisation, coupled with a ‘can-do’ attitude and customer first mentality has been the foundation of his success.
Gary Prince is a leading authority on sales team effectiveness and marketing strategy implementation. Gary works closely with his exclusively pharmaceutical client practice to identify and prioritise how and where their customer-facing teams can improve their day to day effectiveness. Focusing on where clients can gain market advantage and accelerate their campaign or launch strategy to full speed, Gary’s projects have contributed to many successful brands, driving market leadership and rapid uptake of new products. Having worked in the industry since 1989, in a variety of commercial roles, Gary has a wealth of real-world experience to draw upon.
Susie’s background in sales at The Seven Network Australia, Foxtel and Michael Page Recruitment has given her a sound understanding of the development needs required to create high performing sales leaders and to develop and nurture high-functioning and productive sales teams. Susie now works with Elevate Sales Development in an administrative support role. She is the go-to for data and systems support in the Asia region for 60 Seconds.
Cam is a highly experienced corporate training facilitator with a vast amount of valuable field experience. He has facilitated training for a huge variety of businesses from SMEs to multinationals. He has been involved in the “stretching” and development of over 1,000 delegates and always receives outstanding feedback from delegates. Cam has facilitated training on a broad variety of topics from sales skills to organisational coaching, building resilience to creating effective teams. Cam is a Level 1 ICF Certified Organisational Coach. His strengths in both coaching and training lie in his abilities to connect well with people, help them find their potential and encourage and inspire them to grow.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience optimising the performance of people and systems. An IT Service Management specialist, he excels in aligning people, processes and technology to secure sustainable client relationships. With a breadth of experience in high-performance teams, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, interpersonal skill to true customer alignment based on effective service management. He has developed and presented ITSM courses for business leaders, as well as programmes in Sustainable Business Analysis for the public and private sector.
Based near London, England, Nick is co-founder and Partner of Audet Magna, a boutique consultancy whose mission is to help organisations consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences, unlocking the full potential of customer centricity and achieving high performance. In addition to running the company, he spearheads the learning and development function which includes customer service and sales training and coaching.

With a background in both psychology and communications, she knows how to make any message clear and is passionate about helping leaders deliver their story in a memorable way. She’s an accredited Insights instructor, and teaches core communications skills to leadership groups and in 1:1 settings.
